Our site does not automatically recognize your email address. You will only receive emails from us if you opt in to receive regular updates and offers from participating vendors and suppliers. We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email and online forms (including site registration), including those who specifically check a box to subscribe on our online forms.
Emails and e-newletters sent by Unionplus also includes information on how to unsubscribe from our emails. When you register, you will be subscribing to receive Unionplus member benefit offers.
If you sign up for Unionplus regular updates, you can expect to receive emails from firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Please update your email address books and “safe” lists as appropriate; these instructions may be helpful. Unionplus updates are sent on a regular basis, but no more than once per week.
Unionplus will never share any personal information with our vendors/partners. However, we will occasionally send you offers on their behalf. If you take advantage of the offer from a Unionplus partner and become their customer, they may independently wish to send you offers directly. In this case, you will need to inform them separately if you wish to decline future offers from them. Unionplus will never share or sell email addresses we collect with non-Unionplus organizations.
When you register on our site, we ask for basic information such as your first name, last name, email address, your union and union local. You will also be asked to create a username and password. Any information we collect helps us better serve you and improve Unionplus programs.
